I was just invited as well. I've never really done much on the blogging thing, but I've been a Tigers fan for more years than most of ya'll have been alive, I dare say. I don't know a lot of stats, but I bleed blue and orange from late February till the end of the season.
This year is so amazing. I knew they would be better, but WOW! During June I was in Seattle for a couple of weeks visiting friends. Poor George, I'd almost yank the sports page from his hands to see what the Tigers did the previous night. I got to see them beat the Yankees in May this year. I told my baseball buddy that I wanted to boo the Yankees which was the basic reason I wanted to go. Great game, Great Tigers. Here's to winning the World Series!!!
